In the New Year's rush, sometimes it is not only difficult to create a festive atmosphere for others, but also to feel it yourself. You need to have time to do so many things before the end of the year, and then still have time to buy food and allocate at least half a day for cooking and serving. And if you have to repeat it several times: at work, then at home, after, perhaps, also at a party — the desire to enjoy the New Year disappears completely.
To give you back the feeling of a holiday — just like it was in childhood — we have prepared a large buffet and New Year's menu at the udc cafe. Our brand chef Pavel Larionov has selected the perfect dishes: from fish, meat and poultry hits to legendary salads, without which we cannot imagine any celebration. And brand pastry chef Viktor Alexandrov has created a New Year's collection of desserts that will decorate any table and cheer up not only children, but also adults.
Our buffet menu will be an ideal choice for feasts with both colleagues and family. The dishes are delivered already served: salads in portioned versions and a variety of different appetizers and main dishes. Bruschetta with parma, salmon or chicken Caesar, Canapes with meat or fish, stuffed cherry tomatoes and profiteroles with different fillings, Carpaccio of marbled beef, a variety of Mini croissants, Mini burgers and Mini kebabs.
And, of course, the dishes without which no New Year's feast is unthinkable: Assorted cheeses, Herring under a fur coat, Mimosa salad, Vegetable crudite, Pancakes with caviar and Strawberries in chocolate. For fans of less typically "New Year's", but still dear to the heart dishes, we have also added Greek salad, Club sandwiches, tartars, Crispy shrimp in chili sauce and our legendary Crab Cakes in a reduced version to the menu.
For the New Year's table, we have prepared serious main dishes that will surprise any guest: Peking duck, Wellington beef with puff pastry, layered Potato gratin, Salmon with Provencal herbs, Stewed duck with plum, Trout with spinach in Filo dough, baked Chicken, Baked roast beef and pork, delicious Mini-potatoes with rosemary and, of course, a variety of grilled vegetables.
In snacks, we went from the classics: Cheese plateau, Meat plateau, Lightly Salted salmon, Branded herring under a fur coat, Mimosa, Kamchatka salad — to more author's readings of everyone's favorite dishes: Olivier with salmon or turkey pastrami, Giant Caesar with chicken or crispy shrimp.
