New Year's collection of desserts!

 

 

 

Dear friends, we traditionally present to your attention a magical collection of desserts for the new year 2024!

The confectioners of udc cafe have created an author's line of big cupcakes, branded cakes in winter interpretation, original cakes and cute ginger cookies.

The festive collection includes 6 big cupcakes:

  • "Black Forest" - chocolate sponge cake with cherry confit, cream cheese on top, decorated with chocolate cherries in icing sugar.
  • "Dragon" - vanilla sponge cake with confit of fresh strawberries and cottage cheese cream, decorated with the symbol of the new year from meringue.
  • "Polar bear" - honey sponge cake with a filling based on condensed milk, topped with cottage cheese cream, decorated with macaroons and coconut chips.
  • Everyone's favorite "Frosty the Snowman", which has been pleasing our guests for years. Inside, a sponge cake with mango-passion fruit topping, cream cheese on top, decorated with a meringue Frosty snowman.
    • "Herringbone" is a sponge cake with raspberry jam, cottage cheese and cream, decorated with fresh raspberries and a Christmas tree made of chocolate.
  • "Cone" is a honey sponge cake with a condensed milk filling, cream cheese on top, decorated with a cone of chocolate glaze and a sprig of rosemary.

For our beloved guests, we have prepared a "New Year's Set" of 6 Big cupcakes at a special price.

Also, we have prepared Branded cakes in New Year's decoration, you can order both a whole cake and a portion.

  • "Snow fairy tale" - cake "Snickers", decorated with Christmas trees made of meringue and snowflakes made of mastic.
  • "Winter Forest" is a carrot cake decorated with snow-covered meringue Christmas trees.
  • "Blizzard" is a Chocolate Symphony cake in our winter interpretation, decorated with golden snowflakes made of mastic.
  • Snowfall cake is an almond cake decorated with meringue snowballs, ginger cookies in the form of stars and snowflakes made of mastic.
    • The Blueberry Nights cake is presented in our winter interpretation, decorated on top with fresh blackberries and blueberries, chocolate mousse snowballs, coconut chips and mastic snowflakes.
  • Pistachio roll is presented with an updated New Year's decor.

A festive dinner with the family, a corporate party with colleagues or just want to please yourself and feel the approach of the holiday, we offer to order our New Year's cakes in advance (48 hours in advance).

  • Bright "Bullfinch" cake with a filling of your choice, decorated with Red velvet macaroons and mastic birds
  • Magic cake "Winter Symphony", inside chocolate sponge cake, ganache and chocolate mousse, decorated with white chocolate, chocolate mousse snowballs and mastic snowflakes on top.

In addition, you can order the symbol of the new year 2024 - a figure in the form of a dragon made of mastic.

This year we paid special attention to the case cakes.

  • "Red Christmas ball" and "White Christmas ball - inside chocolate mousse, mint filling and almond chocolate sponge cake, covered with velour on top.
  • "Spruce" - pistachio mousse made of white chocolate, raspberry filling and pistachio sponge cake, covered with velour on top.
  • "Snowman" is a ganache made of white chocolate, cranberry-strawberry filling and almond sponge cake, covered with velour on top.

In our assortment you will find 5 types of cookies.
In the form of a polar bear, with the image of the symbol of the year, in the form of a Christmas tree toy and a Christmas tree with the inscription 2024.

And also a cute and cozy Gingerbread house with a snowman waiting at the entrance and a rowan tree on the roof. For even more festive mood, we put an LED in the kit.

At the end of the New Year's collection of desserts, we want to present our signature Cake pops "Winter" and "Snowstorm", inside a chocolate sponge cake with cottage cheese cream on a stick, and decorated with white chocolate frosting and snowflakes on top.
