Lenten menu

From March 15, a special Lenten menu is available in all UDC cafes. We know how important it is to diversify your diet during Lent. With care for our guests, we will change the menu-every 11 days! The chef has prepared a full menu with appetizers, salads, soups, hot dishes and of course desserts!

Among the salads and snacks, everyone will find something interesting. For example, Hummus with avocado and toast, Beetroot with coconut sour cream, Bowl with avocado and quinoa, or Guacamole with crispy chips. Hot soups will warm you up in this not very warm spring. Borscht with beans, Lentil soup, Pumpkin or Tomato soup.

A large selection of hot dishes with a non-trivial serving. Spicy Vegetables in Thai sauce with rice, Crispy cauliflower, Burger with mushroom patty or Orzo Pasta with porcini mushrooms.

The most important thing is that you can always treat yourself to delicious lean desserts. Soft Orange cupcake, tender Apple pie, big-cupcake Snickers, mini-cupcakes: chocolate-coconut and banana-peanut or Truffle.

Our baristas will be happy to brew a fragrant specialty coffee with alternative milk.
