The best time: a collection of desserts for September 1st

August is coming to an end, and many parents, schoolchildren and teachers are preparing for the Day of Knowledge. For some, this wonderful time is an integral part of life from year to year, others are waiting with trepidation for their first call. This day warms us all with warm memories associated with the most carefree period of our lives.

To celebrate this wonderful holiday, Brand pastry chef Viktor Alexandrov and pastry chefs of udc cafe have prepared a collection of handmade desserts inspired by during my school years. Not only no teacher or student will refuse such a gift, but also any adult who is ready to indulge in nostalgia.

At the heart of the collection are charming big cupcakes, which are so convenient to give to a teacher, student or kid who staunchly defended his first line this year! And also to take your loved ones to work or school with you.

• The sour cream cupcake "ABC" is decorated with a maple leaf in autumn colors and an open alphabet made of mastic and chocolate glaze
• Golden cupcake "September 1st" with mango passion fruit flavor and raspberry topping is decorated with a chocolate glaze insert with a festive inscription "September 1st"
• Cupcake "Drawing" with the taste of "Red velvet", decorated with pencils and a two-tone maple leaf, sprinkled with pistachio crumbs on top
• Raspberry cupcake "Geometry" with delicate cream cheese and chocolate geometric shapes

We have also prepared two sets of cookies with a unique design:

• Honey-ginger cookies "Cool job", we made it in the form of funny colored crayons and a blackboard with the inscription "September 1st"
• Cookies "Excellent" with honey-ginger flavor and icing sugar in the form of a school notebook with the inscription "Knowledge Day" is the best reward for a future excellent student
