New Year's Eve with UDC cafe: the magic of delicious desserts
The festive mood begins with delicious details: a piece of cake with an airy sponge cake decorated with snowflakes made of mastic, or a charming figurine of the symbol of the coming year — a Snake — in the center of the New Year's table.
We know how precious time spent with family and loved ones is. UDC cafe pastry chefs, led by brand pastry chef Viktor Alexandrov, inspired by the atmosphere of comfort and warmth of the New Year, have created a collection of sweet masterpieces. Each of them will delight you not only with its festive decor, but also with its delicious taste, giving moments of joy to the whole family.
Big cupcakes — presented individually and in a set of six different flavors:
- The "symbol of the year" is blueberry with cottage cheese cream, decorated with a chocolate glaze symbol of the year.
- "Magic" – with confit made from fresh strawberries, decoration — snowflake made of mastic.
- "Polar bear" is a honey sponge cake with cream of cottage cheese and custard, the decor is a macaroon in the form of a bear.
- "Snowman" – with raspberry topping and mango passion fruit cream, decorated with a snowman made of meringue and marshmallows.
- "Herringbone" – with raspberry topping, decorated with a chocolate Christmas tree and fresh raspberries.
- "Santa Claus" is a Red Velvet sponge cake with strawberry confit, decorated with Santa Claus made of chocolate glaze.
The new collection also includes, for the first time, eight mini cupcakes, which can also be taken in a gift set of all flavors.:
- "Blue velvet" is a sponge cake with cream cheese, decorated with sugar decoration.
- "Raspberry" – with raspberry topping, the decor is a snowflake made of mastic.
- Mango raspberry – with raspberries and mango cream, decorated with sugar decor.
- "Strawberry" – strawberry with cream, decorated with a snowflake made of mastic.
- "Sour cream" – honey cake with topping and cream of cottage cheese, decoration — snowflake made of mastic.
- "Pistachio" – pistachio with cream, decorated with sugar decoration.
- "Toasted marshmallows" – vanilla with cream and marshmallows, with sugar decoration.
- "Blueberry" – with blueberry-curd cream, decorated with a herringbone made of mastic.

Our pastry chefs also prepared ginger cookies in the shape of a polar bear, a Christmas tree, a symbol of the New Year and a classic gingerbread house, unusual desserts in the form of a tangerine, a Christmas ball, a snowman and a fir tree with a variety of fillings, as well as small figures made of mastic in the spirit of the holiday.
